The Bay Queen Cruises would like to present our new Winter Eagle Sighting Tour Package! We've just begun running these tours and had no idea how incredible they would be. If you're willing to dress approporiately and come out during the winter, you'll be in for an amazing tour.

Adult bald eagles begin fall migration when the northern lakes and rivers freeze over. Depending on location, they usually migrate to the coast or large rivers, where the water remains open.

The Pocomoke River is a large roosting site for well over 100 bald eagles. While the exact time can be difficult to determine we've had cruises as early as November and through to late February/Early March where we've seen large numbers of bald eagles, both adult and juveniles.

During the winter season the Bay Queen does not operate on a daily basis, however we are open to private tours. These tours offer bird enthusiasts, and those who just wish to see these amazing animals up close, an amazing experience they'll never forget.
